Wylie was outdoors in the last snow storm that hit Okla City, and it took the people who rescued him, three days to get him to trust them enought to catch him. He had what appeared to be frost bite on his feet and ears.
The temperatures were in the single digits and it surprises me that he even lived. He was thin, probably because he used so much energy to stay warm.
Unfortunately they had other dogs and could not keep him. So they called us and brought him to my home that afternoon. He was frightened at first, but soon was following me around the house. I bathed him and he stood so still, as if he really enjoyed it. I fed him a big meal, and he seemed to be glad to be inside. He is blonde and weighs 7.13 pounds, and is between 8 -12 months old.
His ears fold over in the cutest way.
His adoption fee is $150.00
Please note that we do not adopt to families with children under the age of 10 years old AND we do require a securely fenced yard that will be inspected when we do the "home visit".
