WRANGLER & LEVI ARE A BONDED PAIR OF BROTHERS AND MUST GO TOGETHER.
MEET WRANGLER...who came to Lhasa Happy Homes from Sacramento with his brother Levi and pals, Kirby and Skylar. Wrangler is a beautiful sable lhasa, with black tips and mask, born June 28, 2010. Apparently, his "owner" -- who we believe had been breeding to make money -- injured her back, was losing her home and her husband left her (this was the story she told us) -- so she had to give up these dogs. Three of the four dogs she relinquished to us came from different litters -- and each is more beautiful than the next. One thing we can say, she did make pretty babies!! Wrangler will lasso your heart in a blink of an eye....and who wouldn't love to ride off into the sunset with such a handsome guy? He is playful, happy, curious, funny, smart and he LOVES to play with toys! He's great with the other dogs and really depends on his brother Levi, so we have determined that they should go home together. They definitely should/could go to a home with kids (over 8 yrs old please)! They will not go to a home that does not fit this description! Our goal is to make the right match, and to see Wrangler playing with his brother Levi -- or a toy that he is fixated on -- it would make your heart happy! The two of them really are a total joy! Wrangler is not a big kisser yet...but he loves to sit on your lap and be stroked...until it's time to play again! None of the dogs came to Lhasa Happy Homes leash trained, and while they now will walk on leash, they definitely need some practice and training. Wrangler is very smart, wants to please and is just happy, happy, happy! We are working on his potty training, but he will need some patience in that area (although he is doing great on the pee-pee pads)! Both Wrangler and Levi are very special puppies, with incredible temperaments and we want them to go to a home that will work on their training. They are both still puppies, who didn't even have a name before coming to LHH! They love attention and deserves a ton of it! If you are looking for a purebred, gorgeous boy (or two), look no further....you will rarely find puppies like these in rescue.....take them both!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

First Sunday of the month, we hold our adoption events at The Healthy Spot West Hollywood (8525 Santa Moinca Blvd, West Hollywood, 90069) from 11am-3pm. Most every other Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 10:30a-3pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
