Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abbot is a sweet puppy who was born at the animal shelter along with his 5 brothers. His mom, Amy Lucille, and her puppies went to a foster home where she was able to raise her little family. Abbot is one of six brothers who loves to play, eat and sleep like any typical puppy. His mom is a Leonberger mix and weighs in at around 50 lbs. Abbot should be around that size, but we don't know for sure since we don't know who daddy is. A large yard or daily long walks should work well at expending his energy. Abbot has started to learn where to potty, but will need a family that is patient and consistent as he continues to learn. Abbot has medium to long hair and will need a weekly brushing. Here is a link to the breed we think Abbot is closest to: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/leonberger.htm
Abbot would love a forever home and hope you will consider making him a part of your family.
Abbot’s adoptive family will be required to sign a neuter contract. The surgery is included in the adoption fee of $200.
