Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oscar!
Likes: Timothy Hay, Fruits, Vegetables
Dislikes: None as of yet
Notes: Rescued from Hamilton Animal Control, currently in foster care. Oscar is a very sad case. He was signed over to the shelter by his owners who claimed they ‘couldn’t care for him anymore.’ They left Oscar with a severe skin condition and an issue with his back legs, which drag when he walks. We rescued Oscar from the shelter before he was euthanized and brought him to the vet. The skin problem turned out to be a serious infestation of mites, and his mobility issues were probably caused by a lack of proper nutrition. The vet has treated the mites, and Oscar's foster mom has done a great job of helping him get better. Since being in foster care, Oscar has recovered the use of his back legs, and his skin problems are almost 100% cleared up! This guy will truly deserve a good home after all he’s been through.
