Meet Upton! Upton is a year old Shih Tzu boy. He is a typical little boy who loves to play with the other foster brothers and sisters. He also enjoys playing with the kids! He also loves to play fetch and ride in the car. Upton was surrendered to our rescue because not every person in his household wanted a dog. He is up to date on all of his shots and he is neutered. He would be a great addition to any family!
