Here's what the humans have to say about me:
TJ is an impressive 4 yr old natural/docked black/tan male Doberman with natural ears. He is neutered, housebroken, Heartworm negative, UTD on shots, micro-chipped, and is on monthly heartworm preventative. From puppyhood, he was the devoted companion to a woman who died suddenly and tragically; and TJ was subsequently released to us by the owner’s daughter due to allergies. TJ MUST be an INSIDE dog. He is totally trustworthy in the house and car, is housebroken, and will use a doggie-door. TJ is non-confrontational, respectful, and does not jump on people and is good with other dogs, cats and children who are equally respectful. He comes when called, lays his head in your lap and enjoys “talking” to you. His joys in life are chasing sticks and being in the company of his people. This is a GREAT GUY who would be a wonderful companion to a retired couple or a woman living alone, since he is NOT a “high energy” fellow. TJ’s calm, sweet affectionate nature makes him a good candidate for Therapy or Service dog work. If you are interested in TJ, please contact Francine Case at francinecase@windstream.net or 903-599-2219 for an Adoption application.
