Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meg is a little over a year old, and was rescued from Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. She has been in foster care, and has gotten over most of her issues. Meg is very sweet and loving once she trusts you -- she trusts women faster than men (smart dog!). She loves going for walks, playing fetch, running fast, and playing in water -- would possibly enjoy learning to do agility. Meg knows sit, down, crawl, and is learning roll over. She is crate trained, housebroken, and is good with other dogs, puppies, and cats in the house. Meg will chase chickens, so life on a chicken farm would not be good! She does get a little worried during storms, and will hide under a bed, and is protective of her family -- a burglar would never get in without Meg letting you know about it! She will need someone willing to let her accept you on her terms -- after which she will be your devoted friend for life!
