KANE'S STORY:
Kane is a male brindle pit bull I rescued on my own about 3 months ago. At the time of his rescue, he had been chained to a tree outside a car lot his entire life. He had a broken wooden dog house as his only shelter, and old kitchen skillets for his food/water bowls. Kane was neglected, mistreated, and used as a guard dog, and had never been off that chain....until now...Since Kane's rescue, he's gone through 5 weeks of a basic/boot camp style obedience training, he is house trained & crate trained, he's been neutered and is up to date on all of his shots. Kane does well with people and children. He is intimated by other dogs sometimes, so will do best in a home w/ no other pets.

Kane is currently living in Nashville, TN w/a foster until he is adopted. Since I did this rescue on my own and not w/any rescue organization, it has been extremely hard promoting this dog and trying to find him a home. We are desperate to find this gorgeous boy a home. He's been through so much and deserves a relaxing and peaceful life.
PER KANE: I'm not bad with dogs, but I am selective, so I would prefer a home without any...and I have not been tested with cats, but I would probably chase them...so maybe none of them either...?
