Soupy is a unique little girl who will eventually be a therapy dog: She is so good she has become my temp tester dog to evaluate and assess other animals. She had no hair when I first saw her and she was starving and dehydrated. She's a special little girl who draws much much attention wherever she goes. Special people only respond please.
