Breed:Shorthair guinea pig Size: Small size female Color: Red and white Approximate DOB: 5/2011 Reason in rescue: This girl was in very bad shape at a pet store, with a bad URI (she crackled when she breathed and no one noticed!). So we took her and are treating her with antibiotics and she is loads better now! Personality: As all babies are, Missy is skittish, but she is warming up quickly since she is getting handled a lot now. She's very sweet and quiet, and is just a doll baby and will make a really great piggy for someone. Special Needs:None! She will only be adopted out when she is healthy. Friends: We will be trying to bond Missy to Honey when she is better. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage . Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (email for the application), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. Suggested adoption donation is $20 for a single, $35 for a pair of piggies, and $50 for 3. **Please email if you are interested in adoption. We respond to all emails within 24 hours*
