Please meet Waffles! He is a 4 year old, domestic shorthair and is already neutered and declawed. Please keep in mind that being 4 is in no way old as far as cats go! They can easily live 15+ years. Waffles is a Big, Handsome boy and SUPER affectionate! He adores people, strangers included and is very social. Waffles also, LOVES his food. If his bowl is anywhere near empty, you will hear about it! LOL! Waffles is a laid back, beautiful cat and a joy to have around. The ONLY reason Waffles is in need of a new home is because the youngest child in his family is allergic. It was a difficult discovery and an even more difficult decision to part with him. Note: Waffles is a "special needs" cat because he requires a certain type of food. Like some male cats, he has developed crystals in his urine. This can be very dangerous, especially for males. Luckily, there are special food formulations available to treat and prevent this from reoccurring.You can purchase the food from your Veterinary office OR Purina, ProPlan and Friskies all sell Urinary Tract Health varieties of food. These foods are low in magnesium and help to lower the overall Ph levels in the urine. The cost is comparable to most other cat foods and can be purchased at Walmart, Target, Petsmart, etc...
