My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake is a rescue from a NC shelter. He is very handsome and has a great personality. He's very sweet and loving and is always happy. He just wants someone to love him. He came into the shelter as a stray and had a collar on, but his family never came to take him home. We are looking for a good home with the right family where Jake will neve be abandoned again.

Although Jake gets along with other dogs we think he will do fine with or without other dogs. He really loves people most. The best of both worlds would be a family with a female dog as a companion. We're not positive about Jake's age...Guess is between 2 and 3 yo. He is a large dog @ approximately 65 pounds.

We took him to a pond and he didn't hesitate to jump in. So, bet he would love trips to the lake and beach!

Jake is neutered, utd on all shots, microchipped, heartworrm negative and on preventatives.
