My story

Miss Luna is an 8 month "Teddy"/B-type Rat Terrier (a little shorty), weighs about 9 pounds, and has a full tail. She is currently being fostered in Raleigh, NC and lives with two children. Luna does well with other dogs and cats. She would do best with children over 12 years old, as quick movements still scare her bit. Luna is a little skittish at first, but is working on building her confidence, and becomes more outgoing every day. She can be shy at times until she learns that things will not hurt her. At first Luna was a little bossy with the other dogs over her chew toys, but as she's become more comfortable this has improved; just a quick correction and she is fine. Luna is currently working on her house-training, leash training, and exploring the new world around her. She also loves to run and play in the yard with the other dogs. Luna's favorite thing to do is wrap her arms around her fostermom (like a koala bear) and lay her head on fostermom's shoulder. She enjoys curling next to you with her favorite bone or Kong toy. Luna is a real sweet loving girl who wants a family she can call her own. Check out some more cute pictures.
