This little angel is Duke! Duke was found as a stray and is looking for a fabulous forever home! He is six months old and will likely be about 60 pounds full grown.
Duke is a real lover who adores belly rubs, giving doggie kisses, and licking people toes! He will do his very best to curl up in your lap if you give him the chance.
Duke is all puppy and loves to play with other dogs, and he even does well with small dogs! In his foster home he plays with his chihuahua foster sister, who pushes him around (he's totally cool with it!). When he's not trying to play with doggie friends, he'll be wanting belly rubs or trying to curl up in your lap (yes, Duke is very convinced that his chihuahua sister isn't the only lap dog in the family!)
Duke enjoys chewing his rawhide bones and playing with his stuffed animals. He especially loves running though the sprinklers trying to bite the water -- and his hijinks are hilarious to watch!
Duke is learning "down" and "sit" in his foster home, and he listens and recalls well when asked. He is smart and a fast learner. Duke is good at using the doggie door to go potty and he crates well. He is also very well behaved in the car. And mellow when out in public...people just love him! He is a very sweet boy looking for a family who will continue to teach him good doggie manners and give him lots of play time and exercise.
