My name is Lilly and I was rescued just in the nick of time before having to go to Animal Control. I was starving, flea infested and being treated badly by people that wanted me to go to the pound. They had called Animal Control to pick me up, but a nice lady was able to win my trust. She took me home and gave me a bath, food, got rid of the fleas and then called Miss Pat and off I went to the vet. I love to dive in my foster mom’s parents pond and go swimming. Of course I have to get a bath once I get tired of swimming, but I sure do love it when we go over to their house. I’m in a home with a cat and I would love to play with her but she is mean to me. She is older and just will not play with me. I also love my crate and I like to go into it and out as I please. My foster mom has to work and I have to be crated during the day, so I'm use to a crate. She does not have a fenced yard so she has to walk me and take me to the doggie park for exercise. It sure would be great to have a fenced yard to run and play in and maybe a child to play fetch with. I love to play with my ball and maybe to even have a doggie step brother or sister. I'm up to date on shots, spayed, house trained, crate trained and on heartworm prevention. I did have heartworms, but I went to the vet and had three heartworm treatments and now I'm all better.
