My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ally is a black, maltese mix. She is a female around 10 years old. After Ally came into our rescue, we found out she had canine megaesophagus -- the muscles in her esophagus don't work correctly in moving food down to her stomach. She needs to eat in an upright position and remain in that position for approximately 15 minutes after she eats. So with the help of a patient human and some gravity, she does well.
