Spoiled Senior!

"Duke" is a 10-12 year old Toy Poodle, neutered, shots current, house, crate and dog door trained. He is a wonderful, loving, happy little dog with a couple of behavior quirks. He is very protective of his bed and his food dish and would do best in a home where he is the only dog or where the other dog is a submissive female. He is fine with all the dogs here but will growl at my two dogs, the male and female head dogs though they never fight.

This little boy has been an only dog his whole life until landing here and apparently was not told NO very often, if at all. He wants to rule the house but will respond to NO and backs off if his human is kind, consistent and firm. If you are a knowledgeable dog owner, know how to handle a spoiled little tyrant and are interested in adding this little fellow to your home, come out and meet him and see if you two are a good fit!
