My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scooby Do is a very handsome, passive 28 pound 4 year old fellow who definitely hasn't missed any meals. He has been neutered and has had all his shots. We know that he gets along with the other dogs. His laid back personality lets him adjust to change easily. He loves to play with his ball and cloth toys. Will play fetch and tug-o-war. He was overfed at his former home, so he is on a “less food” diet. He has lost a bit of weight and is much livelier. He doesn’t do stairs well. He gets along with other dogs; wants to be with you all the time; and, in spite of his size, is a great cuddler. He would be more comfortable in a home with one or two adults since he has never been in a home with children.

Scooby is house broken, but he doesn’t “Do Rain”, so he may have an accident on rainy days. He barks to announce strangers coming. Scooby is not crate trained, but is used to being in an X-pen when there is no one home or to sleep overnight. Of course, he would prefer to sleep with his master. Scooby was brought up with Abbie (see listing) She is his 9 year old playmate. We think it would be in his best interest if he was adopted with Abbie.

Scooby Doo's adoption fee is $225. If you are interested in adopting Scooby Doo, please click here to fill out our Adoption Application. For more information about Scooby Doo, email his foster family.
