My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loki is one of two rescued by a snake rescue. Loki and Clyde were donated as food for a snake rescue in Western WA. They were pitifully skinny and poor Loki was suffering from some sort of upper respirtory problem. That rescue donated them to the ferret rescue foster home. She in turn had them transferred to Eastern WA. Loki - then Ducky - would wheeze and cough at the Western WA home. After transport to Eastern WA, he has since not had those same issues. He must stay in a dryer climate as his allergies act up horribly in damp areas. His teeth were cleaned in May 2011 and he has become so much more friendly. He needs patience and understanding as he is still not used to being held. He gets along good with other animals. We do not recommend him for a household with young children. Unlike Clyde his coat is not extra long but he has an extra long tail.
One fun fact about Loki is that he can jump straight up in the air to get your attention!
