My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TIGGER!!! -Tigger is a 6 month old Heeler/(???)/boxer mix from a high kill shelter in New Mexico where he was a staff favorite. -Tigger is about 30 lbs. He is smaller than he looks. He is thick and short. -Tigger gets along great with other dogs and is VERY sweet and loving! His personality doesn't come through in photos, you really have to meet this boy in person to appreciate how just great he really is. Nothing makes him happier than being right by your side except, of course, for getting love and affection! He snorts like a piglet when he is happy :) -Tigger has a distinctive underbite and when he perks up his ears they stand straight up! He is a funny little dog. His tail was docked and he has a little stump that wiggles almost constantly -Tigger has BEAUTIFUL orange Tiger stripes that are even more striking in person -Tigger is crate trained and housebroken. He does well riding in the car too: no barking, crying, pacing, panting, drooling, or upset bellies for this boy! He doesn't bark much but he whines a little bit if he sees you and can't get to you. He is generally very quiet except for his little snorts :) -Tigger is an easy going little guy that should adapt well into any household. He could use some basic training but he is well behaved and eager to please Please contact us for any additional information! Tigger is being fostered just south of Santa Fe, NM.
