Sandy will certainly bring lots of love and affection. She is a wonderful dog that loves to be with people. She is fully house-trained and has never chewed furniture…not even when she was a puppy. She is a perfect companion and will never let you be sad. She is extremely smart and sits on command, gives both paws for a shake…can also give high five as well as lie down and roll over on command. Sandy would love to have a back yard with grass or some room to run. She is amazingly agile and will never run off and will always come back to you on command. Sandy is not a hyper dog but she definitely needs to be exercised daily, a 30 minutes power walk in the AM should keep her nice and quiet until her next walk and play time.
Sandy is just over a year old and healthy. She's very tall and weighs approx 60 lbs. She's fixed and has all her shots and is microchiped in her ear in case she ever gets lost or stolen, she can be located by the Police via GPS. Sandy is an American Staffordshire Terrier and Vizsla Mix.
Sandy was attacked by a big dog when she was a puppy and doesn't tolerate big dogs. She's dog selective with small, friendly dogs. Children over 12 are OK as Sandy's too strong to be around the little ones.
The ideal home for Sandy is with adults (also a home with teenagers is fine)and a guardian(s) that is dog savvy and can set good direction and be a firm but benevolent pack leader. In return, Sandy will love and respect you. She'll be your best friend -- loyal, loving and protective.
