Hello there! My name is Skippy. Mom rescued me from the heavy chain that people had kept around my neck most of my life. My new Mom doesn't make me wear it and I am so glad to be free! I am fun, outgoing and love to romp and play. I would make a perfect family pet. I promise that I am the most loving and grateful dog you've ever met! I'll make you a great buddy and companion. I am young so I need a little training and discipline but I am very smart so I'll learn quickly! :)
