Here's what the humans have to say about me:
WE ARE SORRY BUT WE ADOPT ONLY WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA
Sasha is a young adult girl, gregarious and playful. She indicates cat tolerance mostly by just taking a quick sniff and going on to more interesting pursuits. Even she knows cats are boring. On the other hand, she loves playing with other dogs her own size, but does not do well with small dogs. This may stem from some confrontation in her former life and may possibly be overcome with training. However, for now, we recommend she avoid small dogs and animals and should be on leash even at the dog park.
Sasha is not hyperactive and loves to just lie next to her humans. She quickly gets attached to her humans and wants to be where they are. She is a lover and a talker.
Sasha is very well behaved while her humans are around but initially indicated some separation anxiety when her fosters left her alone, even with other dogs being nearby. This has mostly disappeared now as she accepts her crate and will sleep and eat in it, and go in there peacefully. Her time limit seems to be about 6 hours in the crate without getting stressed. We think it's because she gets so attached to humans she prefers to spend the night next to her humans' bed especially if that's where the other dogs sleep. If allowed to, she loves to sleep on the bed with you.
Sasha walks well on her leash, has great demeanor, follows all basic commands, and gets along with everyone. She is healthy, spayed, microchipped and up-to-date with all her shots.
All this girl needs is an adopter with a modicum of patience so she can show how loving and affectionate she can be. Give her a chance at life and fill out an adoption application on our web site, WWW.SIBERRESCUE.COM, today. How can you go wrong?
