Munster's Story...
Meet Munster!

He is an 11 week old Husky mix. Munster is your typical puppy. He loves to explore and play with his foster sister. He does great in his kennel, he whines just for a few minutes then calms right down. He went to the groomer today and they said he did wonderful. We are still working on the potty training. He does great on the pads, so now we are transitioning him to outside. He is getting the hang of it and is probably about 85% there. He went for his first car ride and did wonderful, he laid right down and hung out. Munster is not a barker but does whine when he is a little nervous. He also is not mouthy, but does need appropriate things to chew on or he will chew on your things. He would do best in a home with another 4 legged friend.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Munster, a Wasilla Alaskan Malamute/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute/Husky for sale in Wasilla, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute/Husky puppy from a breeder in Wasilla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wasilla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wasilla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute/Husky breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wasilla paves the way for another one to be saved.
