Simon has made his way from a high kill shelter in WV. Simon is a very sweet boy. Simon will need to be neutered before being adopted. He is a Rottie/Shepherd mix and would love it if someone were home with him, as he doesn't like being alone. He is housebroken and would benefit from family who can provide a lot of love at the end of the day!
