My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

AHROOO!!! Hello! My name is Tess! I am a 5 year old tricolor beagle girl!! Me and my brother, Tanner, were found up in Heber, Arizona and taken to a local vet office. There we stayed for almost a year, while the vet tried to find our people or even a family that would adopt us. But it just did not happen. So, luckily this nice gal decided to help us. She brought us down to the valley and now has asked Arizona Beagle Rescue if they can help us out to find us a new forever home! So, here we are!

Tanner and I are both really great pups! I need to lose some weight. I guess even the vet didn't get me out enough to take any walks and he even overfed me!! I need to go on a diet of small amounts of dog food with some green beans and maybe some nice apples cut up to fill me up!! As any beagle person would know us beagles need to watch our weight. So, daily walks would be great and even some play time. Also, because we are scent hounds we should never be kept off leash. So, anytime we are out and about we should be on a leash, except for at home, of course. Tanner and I need to be adopted together! We are a bonded pair so we need to stay together!!

Hopefully we can stay together, but if it looks like we can be split up, then I guess that is what will happen, but hoping to stay with my dad, Tanner. We have been together a long time!
