Hi, I'm Noel. You would never believe that in late December 2011, I was found starving with three other dogs after being abandoned by my "owner". Since then, I have been nurtured by my foster mommy and I'm doing great! I'm a young beagle mix (around a year old) and weight approximately 25 lbs. There's adults, dogs, kids and a little bit of everything at my foster home and I love everyone! I'm potty trained, have good manners and love to cuddle! Obviously, from my pictures, I have a wonderful temperament and enjoy all the attention that I can get. If you would like to give me the second chance that I deserve, please call today!
