My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lenny and his brother Albert were dumped in a field left to die! When they were taken in to animal control, they had very little hair and were extremely malnourished! That was in early March and their improvement since we rescued them has been amazing! They are getting their fur back and are normal healthy pups :o) They still are a bit shy, so will need a patient home at first, but they are very sweet and loving! Ideally we would like to find each a home with another dog - as they love to play! Here is a bit more that their fostermom has said about them:

Albert (the bigger one) is more social with humans...Lenny is more on the shy side. But they play all day in the back yard with all the other dogs with minor conflicts. Lenny is always taking the rugs out of the kitchen and takes them into the back yard to chew on! He's got a really cute face and ears that flop while the other has ears like a German Shepherd that stand up. They both love other dogs and can't wait to get out in the morning and kiss everyone hello. I think they would do best in a home with another dog. They both love toys and will play ball. They both are good eaters. They both sleep all night without a whimper and wait to be taken out of their crates with waggin tails and happy to see you and get their morning cookie. Lenny will require more interaction with people and I still have to chase him to pick him up. He's getting better and will come close and take his cookie though! Albert will come up willingly and even give kisses :o)
