My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Missy came to the rescue in January 2012. Missy was an owner surrender because her elderly owners were no longer able to care for her. Missy was not very well socialized by her previous owners so we have been working with her on getting used to new situations. She can be a bit timid in the beginning, but with a bit of patience will warm up to new people. Missy is leash trained, kennel trained, house broken, and can use a dog door. Missy is due for a dental cleaning on the 9th of February, but other than that she is in great health. Missy is pretty overweight, she weighed 30 pounds when we took her in, so we are also working with her on weight loss.Missy is just the sweetest little gal and would be a great pet for anyone willing to put in the time to really help her come out of her shell.
