My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE - 7/7/12 - Ruby has been adopted by a wonderful family. Thanks to all for your interest in her.
UPDATE - 6/14/12 - Ruby has settled into home life very well. She loves to be in the house, he doggie beds, attention, getting along very well with the other dogs. She loves to be outside too, to lay in the sun, sniff around and enjoy all there is to see. Ruby is scheduled to be spayed June 19th completing her pre adoption requirements.
UPDATE - 5/14/12 - Ruby attended her first doggie adoption event on Sat. She enjoyed all the dogs, people, kids, walks, sniffy walks, snacks, and even went thro the agility tunnel! She is quiet hardly barks. She showed compassion to another dog when it hurt a leg going over to 'see if he was alright'.
UPDATE - 5/5/12 - Ruby loves to be brushed, can clip her nails, examine teeth, clean ears. I am teaching her 'walk' on leash, and a time to be "sniffy" dog. She is crate trained she goes in her crate around 9:30 pm and gets up about 6 or 7 a.m. She has been introduced to our 3 little dogs without incident. She will make a great companion pet for any age.
UPDATE - 4/26/12 - Ruby is up to date on her shots. As soon as she is spayed she will be ready to be adopted. She loves people and will approach people and sit to be petted. She is smart too. Ruby knows sit, and is learning stay, come, give me five (her paw), potty first/then play outside, and to play with toys. She loves to go for walks. She has showed no signs of distructiveness or aggressions of any kind.
RUBY - 4/11/12 - Ruby came from a shelter that found her in a vacant barn and brought her to safety. Whether she lived there or just crawled in to get out of the elements is not known. She is a 13" 19#'s very friendly girl. Her tail wags are none stop and very comical. She is learning her new name, loves belly rubs, crawling up on a lap, and loves to be talked to. Ruby is as sweet as can be, which isn't hard for beagles to do is it?.
