My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CHARLIE BROWN - (from Cruelty Case) needs RESCUE /FOSTER /ADOPTER
CHARLIE was kept in a pen with about 30-40 other dogs and forced to fend for himself. There was no socialization, food was thrown on the ground, there was dirty green water only. The fence was only 4ft high, he was constantly jumping over the fence to run for safety.  Since most of them are were not spayed or neutered it was chaos.
He is doing AMAZINGLY better now. All of his wounds have healed, all of his hair has grown back. He has finally started to put weight on, he had so many intestinal parasites & stomach issues it has been a long road for this guy.  He is now quite active & energetic.  He was traumatized from his experience and favors the safety of his crate.  He does not like being left outside alone, he will knock on the door till you let him in he runs immediately to his crate & gets in his bed.  When in his bed, he enjoys having a stuffed toy of some kind to snuggle with.  He needs work on his socializing skills.  He now loves to go for walks, but is very strong.  He does better with a harness, he still pulls a great deal & requires a strong handler.  He wags his tail & entire body all the time, especially when getting loved on.  He is slowly coming around to showing signs of wanting to play with other dogs, but we are taking it slow.
thanks to generous donations from our supporters since we started helping the dogs from this case, CHARLIE is current on vacs, HW neg.& on prevention & neutered. :)
