My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Ariel. I was left on the doorstep of Alliance for Animals by my owner. A neighbor said he saw some man drop me off and run away. I can't imagine how heartless my former owner could be to do that to me. Everybody here at the clinic has been so nice to me. I am a sweet, gentle Bengal mix who deserves to be loved by someone who would give me my furever home. Please come and see me, you will instantly fall in love with me.

We try very hard to find the perfect match for the cats and dogs in our care with the families who seek to adopt a new pet. ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE RESCUED FROM MASSACHUSETTS AND HOUSED IN MASSACHUSETTS. WE DO NOT "RESCUE" ANIMALS FROM OUT-OF-STATE- CATS AND DOGS DIE EVERY DAY IN MASSACHUSETTS. THEREFORE, WE SAVE AND ADOPT OUT ONLY LOCAL ANIMALS. You can visit our animals at any time and as often as you like, PRIOR to adopting. We are always in need of new temporary foster homes for dogs - every foster home means another dog saved. Our adoption process begins with a phone interview and after that we set up a time for potential adopters to come meet the cats or dogs that we think might be a good match.
