Poodle (Standard) Dog for adoption in Stafford, Virginia - Sheva

Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sheva's Info...

I am housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Sheva's Story...
Sheva was taken in by a nice family who didn't want to see her put down at the shelter. They could not keep her because they already had many dogs. When she came to use she had dreadlocks everywhere but sat very nicely for the groomers to shave her down. She can hardly wait for her hair to grow back out so she can get her poodle cut started again. She does NOT get along with cats but loves other dogs. She has great manners and may even do well as a therapy dog. Please email PAL if you would like to make her part of your family. You must be local so we can stop by and see where she will be living.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheva, a Stafford Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Standard) for sale in Stafford, or seeking a Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in Stafford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Stafford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Stafford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Stafford paves the way for another one to be saved.
