Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ciesta is a cute Mitred Conure. Somewhere along the line Ciesta decided he'd be a partial nudist. He's not actively plucking but I'm not sure all the feathers will come back. Ciesta is about 15 years old and needs some work with being social again. We're sure in a home with patience and love that Ciesta will bloom again and make a great companion.
