My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

URGENT: Ebony needs a Foster or Adopter ASAP!. Her current owners have 2 dogs and the other has become critically ill. This girl is still a pup in many ways and just by playing is hurting her mate.
FROM THE OWNER... This is my beautiful little girl, Ebony. Unfortunately, she needs to find a new home right away. She has too much energy for our yellow lab, who is almost 9 yrs old and who has Addison's Disease. She is about 3 yrs old, a border collie/lab mix and is spayed.

She was rescued from an abusive owner, who felt that throwing her out the window of a moving vehicle was a good way to get rid of her. I saved her from being taken to the pound. She would have surely been euthanized. She would do best with older children and lots of room to run and play. Because of her breed, she should NOT be kept caged. Border collies are meant to run and play. They are very energetic!
Ebony is extremely sweet, and would be great for an active person or family. She has LOTS of love to give!!!
