Meet Gusto and Tipps! This dynamic duo is the perfect complement to any family: black/white, one male and one female; both young and healthy. “Gus” is a curious boy who can keep anyone on their toes. He is agile and acrobatic; playful and energetic - never passing up an opportunity to engage you in a game! Despite his active personality, Gus will seek out a cuddle when ready to settle down. He’ll lie on your lap while you watch TV or snuggle in the crook of your arm while you sleep. Gusto is a neutered male, up-to-date on shots and FeLV/FIV tested (negative.) He is double-pawed. Birthdate: August 4, 2011.
Tipps, on the other paw, is more mellow and relaxed than Gus, although she will chase balls and other objects on the floor. Her personality is soft and sweet, and sleeping in a favorite spot or in a patch of sunlight on the carpet are her favorite pastimes. Tipps has a gentle and loving disposition, but doesn’t demand cuddling and won’t pester you to curl up with her. She enjoys being talked to, and brushed. Tipps is a spayed female, up-to-date on shots and FeLV/FIV tested (negative.) Birthdate: January 4, 2011.
Both Gusto and Tipps are dog-friendly and kid-friendly; litter-box trained, and easy keepers (dry food, twice a day, morning and evening.) They are easily handled, travel happily in their carrier, and are well-behaved at the vet.
Coming from difficult pasts (Gus abandoned in a dumpster as a newborn kitten and Tipps wandering around the Billerica DPW yard as a stray), these two came together in the same foster home in January 2012. Naturally, they have formed an inseparable bond that would be tragic to break, so please consider adopting this perfect pair! You can’t go wrong with these cats - their “yin & yang” personalities will make a balanced addition to any family. Reduced adoption fee for a forever home together!
