My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I'm Mac! Just because I'm deaf doesn't mean I can't tell my own story!! My full name is apparently Machias Lucian but that seems so very formal and my foster mom says I'm a goofy boy, so I'm going by Mac!

I didn't have the best life starting out, but I'm really starting to come out of my shell now that I'm out of that situation (after all, I'm still practicaly a baby!). I was raised with...get this..12 other dogs--isn't that just crazy??? But we all got along even if we weren't in the best shape. I came in with my brother Vlad and all of those other dogs. I really rely on a hearing dog as a companion. I bug Vlad a lot to play but he rarely gives in. Good thing I'm currently having a blast playing with a foster golden. Mom says I would play all day if I could!

I'm learning that a collar is not the scary thing that I originally thought it was, and that maybe the leash won't kill me. I was recently cat tested and that was fun too--mom said I did great and passed with flying colors! Kids scare me though, so I don't want to live with them, not even part time.

Won't you be my family? I have so much love to give, and am happy to share it with other dogs, and even cats.
