This dog is fostered in Oconomowoc, WI

This dog is current on all vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, heartworm preventative, rabies vaccination and is neutered!

Breed/Age: Our best guess is that Chip is a lab mix, possibly with German Shepherd? He is about 6 months old.

Size: Chip is a medium sized dog, and will likely be between 55 and 65 pounds when fully grown

Activity Level: Chip and his brother, Dale, are your typical puppies. They like to play and wrestle. However, Chip is the more submissive of the two, and he really likes to cuddle and be loved. Chip loves to explore and run around and then settle in for a nice snuggle. Chip rides excellent in the car, and mellows out quite nicely.

Manners: Chip has typical puppy manners. He has been working very diligently on his potty training. He has been going potty consistently outside for a few weeks. He is kennel trained and rarely barks. He sleeps through the night without making a sound. Chip does know the sit command, though isn’t doing it consistently as of yet.

Foster Family Observations: Chip is such a love bug! He is very much a people pleaser and is super affectionate. He would do well in any family dynamic, but as with any puppy should be monitored around other dogs and children, as he is still learning to respect boundaries. Chip has been one of the most easy going and easy to care for pups we've fostered. If you'll let him Chip would very much like to sit with you and have you pet him while you watch TV. Chip is very intelligent and training so far has been quite easy and successful.
