My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is LULU, she is a 6 month old female blue American Pit Bull Terrier. Lulu was found the 6 th of September and no one has come to claim her. She does have a scrape on her back possibly from going under a fence, she was dragging a chain and had a collar on that was very tight and someone had glued shut. Lulu was full of worms, dehydrated, and in heat when she first came to us. She now has her rabies vaccine, wormed, her scrape is being treated, and eating plenty of food and water, and she will be spayed 9/20/2012. LULU seems to get along fine with our male pitbull office dog Chaos but does not like females of any dog breed and cats. She does great with children, but would advise supervision until she is comfortable in your home. Unfortunately we are not a no kill shelter and have very limited space.
