My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rain is a beautiful large Ball Python with very bright markings, and is an extremely healthy female. She is very large for a ball python, measuring almost 5 feet long. She is a very good eater and eats weekly. She is of good weight, and really enjoys being in the water, and has good clean sheds.

She is a bit of a nervous snake, as her previous owners fed her in her cage, but we have been breaking her of that habit. For this reason, we do not recommend this snake go to a house with small children, and should go to a home with a person experienced with snakes (in other words, although most Ball Pythons are wonderful "beginner" snakes, this particular ball python is not). I would not classify her as "bitey", but "nervous" . She is 10 years old, and was raised from a hatchling by the people who brought her to us, so she has only been owned by one family before. She has also been vetted and checked for mites and health problems and has no noted health issues of any kind.

f you are experienced in snakes and would like to give Rain a wonderful new home, we are asking a $100 re-homing fee for her because of her length and weight/size as well as the responsibilities of keeping a larger sized ball python.
