My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Frankie Franklin Frankfurter, or Frankie for short! I am a 5 year old applehead Chihuahua boy. My first family dumped me at a scary place called “the shelter”. I was very frightened there, especially when I heard they were going to put me “to sleep”....forever.......But thank God for my foster mama! She saw potential in me and saved me in the nick of time.

I am a bit barrel-chested and just a gorgeous shade of chocolate. I love to cuddle and exchange affections, preferably with women. My foster mama says I am a true ladies man!

I do great with other dogs as well as cats, but I am not what you would call playful, so I would do well in a home with other dogs or even as an only doggie in a home where my people are home most of the time.

I have a big crush on my foster mom’s teenaged daughter and she lets me sleep with her every night. I long for a loving forever home of my very own where I can cuddle and be loved on and feel like I’m doing my job as a loverboy!
