My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial BIO 9/25/12: Welcome JODIE "JoJo", a sweet Yorkie girl being fostered in Clearwater, FL. She is almost 3 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Jodie was an owner surrender living outside in Tampa. She enjoyed sleeping inside for the first time last night. Poor Jodie had to get all of her pretty hair shaved off as soon as she got to her foster mom's house due to the thick smelly mats from being an outside doggy and she had a bath that washed away TONS of fleas. Foster mom counted over 20 fleas on HER arms at one point during the bath and couldn't begin to count those washed into the tub. She will need to go see the vet this week to get all of her vaccinations along with getting spayed. The first night in her foster home Jodie has been very sweet with her new foster brothers, has not yet barked once, and she is ALWAYS right beside her new foster parents. This poor baby seems to be afraid she is going to get left alone. She loves to be on your lap and is giving lots of nervous kisses. In her previous home she was around small children and is said to have behaved very well around them. We will update her information as we learn more about this sweet little girl.
