My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please meet the Amazin' Maizie!! Maizie is the cutest, nicest kid who adores children and likes other dogs too :) She will kiss you as soon as she meets you and is full of puppy happiness and pep! Maizie was found abandoned in Queens... just thrown away like yesterday's newspaper :( Our foster mom was kind enough to bring her in and keep her safe. She adores all the neighborhood kids when she's out on her walks and runs to them with a twinkle in her eye as they call her name! She loves and needs to go on long walks and walks well on her leash. She is housebroken for the most part, but needs to stick with a schedule of course. Maizie is just under a year, approx. 40 lbs., spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. All she needs is her forever family to wisk her away so she can live happily ever after!

If you are looking for the perfect family dog, look no further because Maizie is it. She would do best in an active home where people have the time to continue her training and have fun with her :) She is not a fan of cats (different strokes I guess - she doesn't know what she is missing LOL), so we will not place her in a home with any.
