URGENT: Abandoned in vacant house when owner left state, Waldo has obviously been through a lot in his life. He is covered in old scars and blind in one eye. Yet, he is the sweetest dog in the world. He was left with several other pets and was ok with them despite the lack of food, care and shelter. Waldo is slightly shy with people but warms up quickly and he is very loving. Submissive and easy, all he wants is love and security. Will you please give this old scared up guy the love he craves so much so he can enjoy the last few years of his life in peace and harmony?
