Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Howdy, everyone! Am I cute or what? My name is Casey and I am the latest in a long line of "Teagles" (part Jack Russell Terrier/part Beagle) who have passed through this rescue. Almost all of them have gone on to find their forever homes and the folks here say they have no doubt that I will soon, too. (They keep mentioning my face and some boy named "Troy," too …) I was at Columbia County Animal Control and slated to be put down last month when a wonderful group of people rallied to raise funds, pull me and board me until this rescue had room for me. They needed a home for some special cats and Patch (already adopted), Duffy and I needed homes, so … Here I am! I'm a very sweet boy. I like other dogs, know how to sit, walk well on a leash and love belly scratches. I am a young boy (probably only 1 or 2), am UTD on shots and am heartworm free. I have my full tail and it sometimes wags me, especially when people want to play with me.
