This adorable girl is our sweet Molly, a German Shepherd mix, who is approx. 6 years old. She is mixed with possibly border collie, or something else, as she is only medium size. Her owner was moving and couldn't take her, so poor Molly ended up at the shelter. She was so sad to find herself in a strange place after so many years in a home. She was a favorite of all the volunteers, who in their own words, "is the nicest, friendliest girl, who has a lovely, wonderful disposition", and once you meet her, you'll feel the same way too.
She is a little shy at first, but loves both men and women alike, as well as gentle children. She has settled in wonderfully in her foster home, and loves following her foster family around, especially their toddler. She gets along fine with the other mellow dogs in her foster home, and would do wonderfully with another calm, mellow doggy pal, or even as an only dog. She is very affectionate, and LOVES rolling on her back to have her tummy rubbed (speaking of tummies, she could stand to lose a few pounds), and gives the tenderest of kisses!
Molly is housebroken, spayed, up to date on her shots, and has also been microchipped. She knows how to "sit" and "lay down", walks nicely on a leash, and is also crate trained, although we think she would be just fine having free run of the house. She is definitely a family dog, and loves to give all the affection and love she has in her heart. Won't you let her share her love and sweet kisses with you?
