Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Paula (9 years old) has been around the block a few times with several families and possibly shelters. We do not know her entire background but we do know that she is the sweetest, girl that loves have her ears scratched and being talked to! She loves to be by your side at all times.
She is a special lady and has special needs. Her back legs are wobbly, the left more than the right. She had an x-ray, and we're not sure exactly what the issue is, but we do know there's arthritis in her hip area. She just had a lot of teeth removed and a good tooth cleaning. She’s good with soft foods as her Foster-Mom moistens her kibble for her, and down it goes! She also has tears that need to be wiped clean each day, but that's easy to do with a cotton ball, and she won't whine while you do that. She’s living with another male and female pug as well as a cat and didn’t really like him at first, but they ignore each other now. So a home with another dog is just fine, and a cat would be o.k., but might be happier without! She gets along with every human she’s met so far, but we aren't certain how she is with kids.
A home that understands her needs and will truly love her will be the greatest thing to ever happen for her! In return, she'll be the one who's always happy to see you, care about you, and smile every day!
