History: Laney was pulled as a stray from a high kill shelter when her time was up.
She is a mountain feist/terrier mix.

A diamond in the rough! This incredible cream jacketed lady caught our eye even though all we could see was her sweet little face peeking through the fence of her dark, dank kennel at a high kill shelter. When we spoke up her and she arrived at our sanctuary, all we could say was, "Wow!" And she really does have a huge "wow" factor. Still just a teen, Laney is as loving as they come. She is a fun, spirited lady who is a master at climbing into your lap, gazing up into your eyes and making your heart melt. But she's more than just another furry beauty as she is also smart as a whip. She's very open to training and guidance and boy, is she treat motivated. A petite lady tipping the scales at just 25 lbs, Laney loves other dogs, loves play time and going and doing. Nothing would delight her more than to be a steady co-pilot with her new person's day to day activities. She thrives in being involved and being part of the family unit. To say we lucked out in finding Laney is an understatement. She's the biggest diamond in the smallest of bodies!
