Admittedly, this isn't the most flattering picture of Jackie, but she's in the shelter in this photo, where she is worried. Jackie weighs a mere 5 pounds and is very sweet, just scared. She's only 3 years old! The shelter staff reported that when she gets a visitor she jumps in his/her lap and just wants to be held and comforted. Jackie's new foster home is still getting to know and will have more information about her as they get to know her better.
