Bio: Scruffy is a happy energetic little dude. He can display a bit of the Lhasa-tude, so will need a new owner with experience with that breed. He loves to cuddle. Hanging out with his best girl Joy is his favorite thing to do. Scruffy is doing well with potty training,with access to open door or doggie door.
